Content and liability
YuppiYa aims to keep its own information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or interruptions. Activities published on Cartells are the responsibility of their publishers. Confirm any change, cancellation, price, or access condition with the organizer.
External links are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement. The service must not be used unlawfully, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with its normal operation.

YuppiYa’s brand, design, and original content are protected by applicable law. Posters, text, and images supplied by third parties remain subject to the rights and responsibility of their authors or publishers.
Applicable law
This site is governed by Spanish law. Where legally permitted, disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Lleida, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy policy
The initial static YuppiYa site has no forms, user accounts, analytics, or advertising. The server may process minimal technical logs — such as IP address, date, requested resource, and browser information — for security, diagnostics, and service delivery.
Opening Cartells, using the editor, sending email, or loading the embedded widget may involve processing by the relevant services. These terms and data flows must be reviewed and documented before launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability where applicable by contacting the responsible persons. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
